If you have a plot of land, with or without, planning permission, and would like to live in an Eskgrove home then do please contact us to discuss your requirements. Once you have chosen the house type you want, and the level of specification, send us this information together with details of your plot, and we’ll get back to you within five working days with a budget price. The things that will vary the cost of your house include ground levels, distance from a main road, size of plot, access to existing services and any local planning requirements so do provide as much information to us as you can.

And if you don’t have planning permission at the moment, we can organise this for you and discuss likely timescales and programming issues so that you don’t end up owning two houses at the same time (your existing and your new Eskgrove home) or perhaps worse, owning no completed house at all!
